Our Yoga and Pilates Center is a professional facility in the historical center of Lagos in direct proximity to the vegetarian Lalitana Restaurant and Lalitana Guesthouse and has an exercise area of approximately 90 qm. Here we perform Yoga lessons in various styles like Hatha, Vinjasa Flow, Yin, Ashtanga, Nidra and Kundalini with Pranayama and Meditation on a daily basis. In our Yoga center you can let go, relax and harmonize body, mind and soul.

Those who practice Yoga achieve fulfillment, satisfaction, mindfulness, great thankfulness, compassion and trust in life through spiritual development. Yoga brightens the mood and decreases anxiety states. Thus we have a better quality of life, a positive attitude and a happy and relaxed life.
Pranayama and MeditationPranayama are diverse breathing exercises in Yoga which help to ease the mind and balance emotions. They reduce stress hormones, enhance the pulmonary function and lower the blood pressure. Furthermore they stimulate the power of concentration and prepare the mind for meditation. The vital energy (Prana) gets into flow and gives us inner joy and strength. The respiration is the reflection of our mental state.
Lalitana Yoga and WorkshopsOur well trained international group of teachers offers diverse styles of Yoga that are suitable for all ages and for beginners as well as the advanced. The Yoga lessons are held predominantly in English, or German. We also offer interesting Workshops and Events concerning themes like Thai Yoga Massage, Acro Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Ayurveda, Bio Danza, Ecstatic Dance and similar fields of interest.
