Our small and cozy Townhouse is located in the historical center in a quiet small street. The beautiful old building with 2 floors is over 80 years old and was recently fully renovated preserving the character of the house with its splendid wooden floor. We have 4 charming rooms with private bathrooms which are all different.

AyurYoga Retreats
We organise three AyurYoga Retreats at Lalitana in Lagos Algarve each year: Spring, Fall, and Winter. In Spring, the season of awakening and new beginnings, it’s a great time for renewal, growth, and goal-setting. In the Fall, it’s time for grounding, release, gratitude, and boosting the immune system. In the mild Winter in the Algarve, it is a good time for internal focus, self-discovery, reflection, and planning the new year.

We are in Lagos
Lagos is one of the most beautiful cities in the Algarve, and it has a unique charm with the old town, the narrow streets with their tiled floors and buildings. We can feel Morocco’s influence on the houses, chimneys, colours and weather. Lagos is a sunny city;
we can look forward to 300 sunny days a year.
The selection of impressive beaches is enormous, from miles of sandy beaches to small, cosy rocky bays. Every beach is unique. Lagos is a small cosmopolitan city with international cultural offerings, from official concerts and exhibitions to spontaneous events. Talented musicians and artists from all over the world show their skills in the pedestrian zone. In Lagos and the surrounding area, there are numerous must-see attractions! Lagos is 80 km from Faro (airport) and 300 km from Lisbon.
